Hola, Taco Trailblazers!

Last week's Taste Trade Talk took us on a tantalizing taco tour, and your responses were as flavorful and diverse as the tacos themselves. It's time to showcase your creations and stories in our "Dish of Last Week"!

Whether roaming a street fair solo, famished in the back of a Walmart parking lot, or stuffing your shells with all the fixins’ at the family table - Tacos are everywhere. Thanks for not keeping your stories under wraps and reminding us that → Guac is always exxxxxtra.

Elena's Ensenada Escapade
Inspired by her trip to Baja California, Elena's fish tacos, with perfectly battered cod and a zesty slaw, transported us to the sunny beaches of Mexico.

Vijay's Vegan Variety
Vijay impressed with his innovative take on tacos, featuring spiced jackfruit and a rainbow of fresh veggies, proving that vegan can be vibrant.

Lucas' Lengua Luxury
